Just looking at Impreza Turbo 2002, is there a difference between UK and import cars ? Or do Impreza Turbo 2002 cars only UK ?

er depends wot we're talking here if model year is 2002 then it's bug eye which aint speciality but even UK car called WRX as i recall but naturally u can still get JDM (jap) cars or UK spec europeans uns ;) If u mean turbo 2000 that is the name of the UK classic scooby. Or other possibility is the S202 which is a bug eye special edition which im not sure whether that was purely for the japs but a few in the UK now.

yeah basically just bought a T reg 1999 silver Impreza turbo 2002. But I never asked at the garage if it's a UK. I just assumed it was. Just sorting the insurance out :( and got me wondering whether it could be a euro import or jap or something. I ain't no expert to be fair

I think you've got a T reg turbo 2000(not 2002). Have you looked in the service book to see if it says the supplying dealer etc.

I've also noticed that some Euro imports are debadged(I'm talking about the sticker on the bottom left of the bootlid) but there again someone could have debadged a UK model themselves anyway.

You could always ask a subaru dealer to check.

yeah meant 2000, it has the white dials on it, so hoped it was a UK car, just kind of assumed in my rush to buy it. But def had the 2000 badge on the boot lid
