not sure if anyone really heard about his but today was as big grudge match saxos vs 106 at bruntingthorpe with some sort of mag sponsring timing gear etc..
hardly any results in but the ones that are

Saxo VTS, Piper cams, exhaust, air filter, dastek 161bhp at flywheel. 0-60 5.67s!!!!!
Saxo VTR, supercharged, bhp?? o-60 6.04 0-100 13.21!!
106xsi gti/VTS engine, Kent pt52's, high comp pistons, dastek, 167bhp top speed 146mph!!

you have to admit this aint bad for little 1.6 engines!
ill update the post when i find out more, unsure whether any more turbo or supercharged cars where there.

the saxo with 161bhp 0-60 5.67 was with nos! forgot to add that

very quick for a fwd car. nice results
