DAn..it depends on whether you are going to mod it up once youve bought it or whether you just want it as standard.

If youre gonna mod it up then you can spend a little bit more and buy one thats already got everything on it (ie Stealths) which would save you money in the future or just spend around your budget on a standard and not spend another penny modding it up :D

in that case you need to consider how much you will spend on mods. It could be worth spending an extra grand or so on a car with everything on it already...rather than spending around the same on a standard car and then paying out an extra 4 or 5 grand on mods.
