And I've got one in red, solid colour, also with brake light, and in mint condition.
Mines the one which was on the '98 UK cars, and then on the Sports when the UK cars got the STi V4 spoiler.
Make me an offer?
Sorry, computer won't allow me to post pics, but could e-mail you one??

Check this Impreza sport from auto trader out to see if it's the right one
http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/WWW/cars_search.asp?nU=0&make=SUBARU&model=IMPREZA&min _pr=4000&max_pr=6000&postcode=TN14%206QP&miles=40& max_records=50&modelexact=1.

We might have to do a deal if it's the right out seeing I've put myself out for you!!

sorry guys i think this spoiler is the wrong one altho im quite interested in it now

i suppose i should ask for some advice from you guys but i dont know wheather i should as i doubt any of you will agree with me hehehe

i am personally a vw nut, (being a lowly student wont let my finaces strech quite as far as a scooby yet)

having had a 16v vw jetta for the last year that i bought from my brother. this jetta has a scooby spoiler on it a rather large one that altho i liked it, it just wasnt right somehow

here are some pics of it on the car

http://www.inf.brad.ac.uk/~sabratt/pics/fparkfronts.jpg
http://norice.topcities.com/sj2.jpg

unfortunately the car when it was bought had never been looked after, and this year dispite my best efforts it would not pass its mot due to a number of things including extreamly rusty sills and arches

it worked out cheaper to buy a new jetta 16v than to repair my old one

so thats what i did for £525 notes i bought my new baby. the car has no rust anywhere and has only done 109,000 miles (ok compared to ure new cars thats alot but when it comes to mk2 veedubs its not even run in yet ;)) the plan is to swap everything over from one car to the other

anyways the car does however have a few nasty scratches and a few little dinks that im removing when getting the car sprayed (not changing the colour), the thing is i dont wanna put the spoiler i have back on as it is just that little to big and round for a jetta so im looking for the smaller version of the one i have

here is an image of what hopefully my new car will look like when its finished

http://www.inf.brad.ac.uk/~sabratt/edit1.jpg

that photoshop doesnt have on it the spoiler i want tho.

(it may be called the st1 or sti1 or somethign along thoes lines)

as its alot more square and not quite as high and i think it will look perfect

anyway what do you think and do you know anywhere where i can get this type of spoiler, or do you think the one you have been telling me about would suit my car more ?

any advice is very apriciated thankyou

dead-beat 22 May 2003 08:25 PM

btw the spoiler i have pictured is for sale if anyone is interested.

alcazar 22 May 2003 08:25 PM

OK, try an STi 4 lookalike spoiler, alternatively, I had one quite like that called a Racing Impreza spoiler from Demon Tweeks, about £170 with brake light.
