Can anyone recommend anywhere in Edinburgh that can check and adjust four wheel geometry properly?

Thanks in advance.
Brian

Wasn't/Isn't there a place in Sighthill that does 4-wheel laser alignment??

Do Falkland (or Star) do the Bumpsteer mod as well?

Sighthill Industrial Estate,
Edinburgh
Tel: 0131 458 5559, Ask for Willie, the owner.

Comes highly recommended! Does quote a few EVO in the area (and mine), Porsches etc, knows his stuff..

Are you the same H7 that is on the MLR by chance ? :D

MikT 20 May 2003 01:34 PM

I'm sure CarScan at Fountainbridge do the laser wheel alignment.

Span,

Yep, the very same (and the same H.7 that's on ClubVR4 too :D

Car's booked in for Thursday. Many thanks.

MikT,

Car Scan's no longer in business, I'm told. Kwik-Fit next door bought their alignment gear but don't know how to work it. Went there today but they can't do my car because it's not in their computer

Can CLCM dial in the prodrive settings??

Cheers,
Ian

According to Willie, he'll happily set up your car with any settings you provide him with. He said the books he has show the standard settings (which are likely to be geared towards even tyre wear and better fuel economy), but that car club members' information is more likely to be suited to how you want the car to drive.

No probs Brian ;)

Glad you got it sorted.

How much did they charge?

Ta,
Ian

H7 24 May 2003 02:27 PM

£47.00 - worth every penny :)
