Apparently the model is not going to be axed yet, and is to run all the way up to the EVO 12. As the EVO VIII is the new(er) kid on the block, I reckon that this is one of those right place right time deals!

£20k sounds good.
Xtreme were doing them for £21k, but when I phoned up, they'd gone up to £22k, which is still ok, but they're Jap imports (to uk spec apparently) then you need to add alarm, stereo and road tax.
So nearer to 23k, plus the warranty is only 1 year and is a packaged warranty, not fully main dealer warranty, so I decided to leave it.
