u can play the arcade version using the mame emulator

...or you can get Shenmue (part 1) on the Dreamcast and play it in the virtual arcades.

I hope you are not disapointed.

One of my favourite games was "Karate Champ", and I actually managed to find a place that had one.

I went to play it to check it worked, and thought "mmmm... not THAT good then ...".

Memories are sometimes best left at just that...
