Hi,
An escaping tenant is due me money. I have their current BT phone number, but no address. How much would someone charge me to provide me with this info? I know private investigators will do it, but anyone here in that business? |
Phone the number and harp on about how they have been selected to try out a new brand of lager for 6 months.
All they have to do is let you know what they think of the new brand. Then hit them with,"now then sir, where shall I have the first consignment of drinks delivered to". Use your imagination, its suprising how guillable(sp) some people are. If not go to 192.com....... |
Are they X Direct???
|
they may be - dunno.....
|
don't have name of parents house......just tel number
|
Phone them up and pretend to be local takeaway Dont forget accent!!. Do it about midnight. tell them you want confirmation of order address.
they will deny the order. Say fine thats why you are calling. Its the second time in a row its happend. And you know the address is wrong but why are they giving this number..... Might work...they will say "o no this is number 7 Mount street etc." Then say "Mountstreet"???? there isnt a Mount street in devises"..... they might say "this isnt devises its *******" might work............has in the past!! |
Do you knot the surname? If so enter it and the rough area and then check each of the phone numbers against yours then you'll know the address. Might take a while but worth a go.
Directory Enquires |
Try this site - 192.com, it is a subscription site, but may be very helpful.
Good Luck. |
I knwo the daughters name, but dunno if parents name is same and they may be ex-dir.
Tried 192 already......must be ex-dir. |
192.com (ie *not* BT directory enquiries service) use the electoral register for data. Therefore being x-directory doesn't remove you from that.
|
As it turns out, the tenant has just given me £500 cash to bring him up to date, so no need for the phone number......result!
