Recently started having problems with a wisdom tooth. I have found a company who are doing research into after care drugs, and will take it out for free. Just wondering if anybody has heard of / dealt with / or any experience with a company called Scirex?
Any responses would be appriciated. Gus |
Stick with your own dentist is my advice.

My last one to be pulled out couldn't be done by my own dentist so I got refered to one i'd never been to before, seems like a similar situation  Just wondering about trying the new drugs out, didn't need any at all for the other 3 so don't think I'll need then for this one. Just don't want to be forced into taking them if i don't need them.
Anyone with any experience of this kind of thing?? |
Doesn't look too good if nobody's heard of them

A web search reveals this:

Just thought that we might have some dentists on here, or some past patients :D

It sounds like a clinical trial to me.

It says it's for the after care drugs, but what I really want to know is do they inflict extra pain on you so that they can test the drugs? Because if they get somebody say that they don't need the drugs then that chance has been wasted.
Basically want the tooth out without a long wait for an appointment, without paying too much, and with no unnecessary pain ;) Don't want them causing extra pain so that they can try their drugs out if they're not needed. Although if they are need I'll take them;) |
