The red LED is user programable on the Defi's isn't it? I'd guess it's just set too low...but I'm suprised your getting fuel cut on a standard car too. Both these may indicate you are getting overboost..a likely cause of that is a full decat exhaust...do you know if the downpipe has been changed?

QUOTE***Have you f****d up your front spoiler yet cus I nearly did a couple of times.***

You've only had a the car a few days :) and already hitting the front!

I think modding the P1 and keeping the warrenty valid can be a grey area.

At my Scooby dealer on saturday to put deposit down on my new P1 (the old one is going asd pX) and asked about mods.

He basically said that If you change the downpipes or center section etc and you get engine probs then they wouldn't touch it.

But I guess each dealer can be different

Talk to your dealer/the one you bought it from..IIRC they fit scoobysport downpipes. If thats the case and your engine blows up then technically you have no warranty with SUbaru UK/IM. However they may still do the work under 'warranty'..whether it their own or a claim on IM I don't know. I haven't mentioned the dealer as I think if they are willing to defraud IM into paying a claim caused by modifications thats great for you..but it shouldn't be advertised on this BBS...you might want to edit your post to reflect this.

Hi all.

I have defi gauges on the dash board and sometimes the boost gauge led goes red, is this normal..?

Sometimes I think it hits fuel cut, how could this be if its standard...?

The car is still in warranty and I'm going to extend it. Can I modify the car in anyway without voiding the warranty....?

Have you f****d up your front spoiler yet cus I nearly did a couple of times.

Regards

Kev
