Yep had a great day, that MK2 in Burgundy was not my cup of tea but you gota admire the guys hard work. The detail was superb.

blimey, that burgandy v-dub is horrid but as u said, wot a lot of work

what a wicked weekend, took the mk4 diesel beast up the strip, got 8.47 0-60, 16.52 qtr mile. Not bad for an oil burner!!!!

Just arrived back.. been waiting for the AA for hours to tow one of the cars from Birmingham. Blown Head Gasket.. mind you.. it has been running 11 second quarters ;) .. and 0-60 in 3 dead :D

The AA Guy couldn't understand that it was 4wd Mk2 Golf GTI.. and it needed a flatbed.. he was told, but thought he knew better !
