A Plastic sheet got stuck under my car... hence sticking to the HOT Zorst pipe.
As you can guess its melted on it.. and its rock hard when cold .. but when hot.. you can smell.. a wax-y plastic smell around the car.

Any one else had this problem?
Do i have to leave it and wait for it to burn its self off?
I have tried with my foot to remove as much as i can when its hot.. ihave got a fare bit off!
But didn't wnat to melt my trainer!!! lol

You could try pressure washing it when its hot.

Acetone (nail varnish remover), or oven cleaner. Do it when it's cold and DON'T get it anywhere near your paintwork.

try a wire brush or some emery cloth.

It will come of easier when its hot, but its your skin.

I thought you had come to your senses,and you where going to ask "How do I remove these neons from my car".;)

The bag will eventually burn its self off,the marks will still be there but the smell goes quite quickly....

As for the neons I think your stuck with them.

Skyline is right.
Using a blow torch will melt and burn off the hard plastic, if you can use a metal scrapper at the same time even better.
You can buy small ones from "Robert Dyers" that are used for cooking. Like a mini bunson burner you used at school.... Mmmmmm....Bunson burner....School...That was fun!!!
