Just registered with this group, me and the wife realy like the look of the Impreza, so we are thinking of buying one in the near future. I suppose you have been asked these questions before, and i have looked through what i can only call an excellent site, sooo--- what do we look for in an Impreza, do you have a checklist of things to look out for on a used one, we probably will have about ten grand to spend, what is the insurance like generally on the Imprezas.
We have had a look at a website of Townend garage in Carnforth, which is up north off the M6, and they have some nice looking WRX`s, excuse my ignorance but is the Impreza a WRX or do you get different type Imprezas, and a lot of their cars are imports is that a bad thing, and what is a type RA.
We are looking for something that stands out a bit without looking to boy racerish if you know what i mean, but with plenty of power under the boonet.
Any helful hints or advice and links would be greatly appreciated.
