Looking at getting the Platinum/zelda bundle.
Toys r us are doing it for £149 with Platinum zelda bundle + medal of honour+ 007 nightfire + 64m memory card.
Seems like a good deal! Do you know of a better one?
Cheers,
Mark.

Anyone?

Toys R Us always seem to have the best deals, that's where I got mine from.
Nightfire is a very good Multiplayer game, very close to N64 Goldeneye.
Medal of Honor is so-so, Zelda is awesome!

I'd personally just buy the Zelda pack from Game or somewhere else, and then put the difference toward a better game than Nightfire or MOH.

I agree with Dirty Den. Top games to look out for on GameCube:

Zelda: WindWaker
Metroid Prime
Resident Evil Zero
Super Mario Sunshine
X-Wing: Rogue Squadron
Sorry, gonna have to disagree with Rogue squadron II, it's pants. Nothing more than a tech demo.
Completed it in very short time (no wonder there's loads in the preowned section of Game), unlocked extra levels/ships, got bored.
My 'classic' collection consists of...
Legend of Zelda : Windwaker + Ocarina Of Time disc
Metroid Prime
Super Mario Sunshine
Timepslitters 2
Resident Evil : Rebirth & Zero
007 Nightfire
Super Smash Bros Melee
Mario Party 4
Medal of Honor (admitably weak, but trading in soon....)

I did have Eternal Darkness and Start fox adventures, but completed both in just over a fortnight :(

I saw a whole page ad in a tabloid for a gamecube, two games and memory card for £79.

Am I the only person in the world that did as nobody believes me:D

PiNkEyE69 08 May 2003 11:03 AM

Was it last month?
Might have been the argos deal
But that was only 1 Game and a memory card extra if I recall.

Currently I am buying more Gamecube games than playing them. Get them at my local swap shop for around 15 quid.

I own these games

1.Luigi's Mansion:- great fun, can get repetitive
2.Super mario Sunshine:- Classic Mario game. Not as good as Mario 64 though
3. Mickey Mouse adventures in Time:- My bird bought this, she loves it, i find it a little simplistic.
4. Resident Evil:- completed it, what a game. A must. Scary and atmospheric
5. Resident Evil 0:- not yet played it but looking forward to. I love these Zombie chillers.
6. Rallysport championsip:- not bad for passing the time. Cars don't handle that well though
7. Crash Bandicoot:- love these games. Great arcade fun.
8.Eternal darkkness:- not played. Is it any good?
9.Monkey Ball:- makes me feel sick around the courses.
10. Rogue Squadron:- Looks stunning but hard missions. Played it a few times then got board.
7.

Super Monkey Ball is "the" best game for playing with ur mates when pissed/stoned etc. Monkey bowling, monkey target are the best although Monkey Race is very much like Mario Kart.

Im gonna get Resident Evil 0 next I think. So looking forward to mario kart - the only reason why I bought the GC :D

P1Fanatic, seen Monkey Ball 2? 4-player Money target at the same time :) :) :)

Yeah I just noticed it - gonna have to get that and two more controllers next week :D

Popped in to my local Toys 'R' Us yesterday and picked up the Zelda pack (inc extra controller + Mem card), THPS3 and Super Monkey Ball for 189 pounds.

I sense 007 and MOH may be traded in quite quickly though.....
