Question says it all really. If I had to
vote in JD Power it'd be:

Dealers good to very good(only been in once
for my first service).

Dealers 4/5

Car

Performance 1/5 http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif (5/5)
Fuel Economy 1/5
Customer Care 4/5
Dealer Charges 4/5(Oil changes are expensive)
Mechanical Problems 5/5(none)
Electrical Problems 5/5
Body or Interior Problems 3/5(some of trim quality worries me)
Body or Misc Problems 5/5

On that score (28/35) that's lower than last year.

Neil
What was the score last year.
Cheers
Chip.

As I recall 5/5 for everything apart from fuel economy(1/5).

I had to cancel my order for a P1 because of a substantial shunt from be behind circa £7000.00.I wanted the car to repaired by my main dealer,it was subcontracted first to one bodyshop then to another. Eventually after 4 months i got the rb5 back.
But the market value has dropped £8-£10,000 i have had to sell for what i could get, the rest has to be claimed as diminution of value and i am told will take months to settle.
I can not afford to proceed with the P1 hence cancellation.
Guess what, the dealer will not refund the deposit. The dealer may be legally right in refusing to refund ,i believe i have mitigating circumstances
My main dealer expectations have been severley dented.
Next one will come from Holland or Belgium.

I think we build the part up here far too much.

Firstly the fact that Subaru dealers refuse to service there own cars is an absolute disgrace - I'm talking WRX models.

Secondly the number of Impreza turbo's sold and the type of customer mean that it isn't really a good indicator. I mean I'm sure Ferrari or Bentley dealers offer better service than Vauxhall dealers - but then isn't that just because they have less customers and the product value is so much higher?

I suggest all those who qualify to reply give very negative responses.

If this has the desired effect of knocking them off their perch at the top, IM may sit up and take notice that complacancy doesn't work.
