I recently bought an MY02 STI7 which currently has 22 months left on the manufacturer’s warranty. I am very pleased with the scoob :) but keep thinking about getting the ECU done. The exhaust was done by the Subaru dealer and its apparently got about 285BHP and this is covered by the warranty.

I went to ScoobySport yesterday to see Pete and for about £1200 they will change the downpipe so it's a total de-cat, upgrade the fuel pump and remap the ECU. I was told I would get about 335 - 340BHP and about 320 lbs torque :D

This would mean I will invalidate my warranty so I am unsure :rolleyes: What would you do?
