Easy to find the Cross Hands at Old Sodbury, M4 J18 then follow A46 towards Stroud for about 2 miles, first set of traffic lights you come to turn right onto B4040 and the Cross Hands is immediately on your left Cross Hands Hotel

Hi Chaps I recon the convoy from Essex, North London etc will be there about 08:45 ;)

I reckon the Cornwall/Devon lot should have about 15 to 20 cars, what about the rest of you? I see the Welsh contingent says about 20 cars as well, and I am guessing there will be between 10 and 20 from bristol. This is going to be big, I am looking forward to this!!

Looks like the Hantsscooby lot will be meeting you all there (we'd have to drive by cc to get to Crosshands, and we're not known for getting up early ;):D) ...what time are you aiming to converge on Castle Coombe then? Maybe we could attempt to get there at roughly the same time :)

The Eseex convoy have also decided that we need to drive past cc to get to the Crosshands, we will also be pushed for time so we will be going straight to cc , How about a meet up at the little chef/burger king on the A350 Just before Allington This is just of J17 (M4) then pick up A420, B4039 to CCombe We should be there approx 8-45am

Tiny - we're doing: ... A350 to Trowbridge, then Melksham and finally Chipenham before heading to Castle Combe on the A420 & B4309 ...couldn't find Allington on my trusty map, I'll see if any of the Hants crew know the Burger King :) Otherwise, is there anywhere on the start of the A420 we could meet? :confused:

...sooo...what time are you lot aiming to arrive at Japfest then? About 9ish? We're looking at trying to get there roughly the same time you lot do so we can join in on the last bit of the convoy :D

Tiny - looks like the Hants lot don't know where Burger King is and as Colin is one of the "5 cars on the SIDC stand" have decided to go straight there as he has to be there for 9ish (again, we'd be drving past CC to get to the Burger King - we live in the most difficult place :rolleyes::() Are you lot aiming to get there for 9ish to?

Looks like we are on the track at the same time mate :rolleyes: We are going to the cafe first (as it's opening for 7 am) so do you fancy a cooked breakfast / bacon sandwich before we head up there ?

I think the remaining Bristol people (who aren't going on the track) will be meeting at the Cross Hands. It's just the track briefing starts early for the first session :rolleyes:
