Dynamat? Comes in rolls or spray form.

Barrier mat is probably the best
Get a noisekiller boot kit as advertised in the Scooobynet shop Under ICE)
well worth the money

are these mats any good as i got a new 5" exhaust fitted a few days ago and would need soundprofing for the boot, and was just wondering do they make much difference ?

Yes they definately reduce the noise and vibration through the car, the boot kit contains sticky backed barrier mat which are stuck to the rear wheel arches / any exposed metal work inc back inner pnales etc and the spare wheel arch. Then a large piece of noise reducing mat is cut to the shape of the boot.
