Assume it was a Subaru factory test day, due to no other vehicles on track - hiring whole NRing is expensive, even car makers sometimes split a day

Good time for sub GBP 30,000 production road car

It was viewed as a big deal when Dirk Schoysman got the 1994 development BCNR33 V-spec around in 07:59:00 ...
