Anybody know the Insurance Group for a UK WRX 2003?

I think it is 17.

I've been told 18 but you may get a 17 off poeple like direct line

Ouch no wonder it costs a bomb to insure its group 19D.

It depends upon the insurer concerned as many use their own scales...

The groupings scale issued by the ABI has the UK Impreza WRX AWD (Dec 2000 onwards) as a group 19... up 2 groups from the 'Classic' Scoob.

The current Impreza III WRX AWD despite its improved door locks is still a group 19... cr4p but true !!

I really think that Subaru UK should look into this and try to get it down if they can as much of the competition is grouped lower...

e.g. Focus RS - Group 16, Leon Cupra R - Group 17, Civic Type-R, Group 17, S3 Quattro - Group 17....
