Does anyone know if a K&N filter off a MY00 will fit an STI8.

More importantly, is it worth it, or will it kill the sensors? I know I won't get much for it, but it's sat in the garage at the mo :):)

It won't fit properly the rear left hand side airbox clip will not clip in properly. The filter number is 332232 from K&N for all 01 wrx's + including sti-8
