Just a quick plug for this years Great Ormond Street Hospitals Beaujolais Charity Challenge.

The Beaujolais Charity Challenge is a three-day driving challenge with a difference. Beaujolais enthusiasts leave the UK on the evening of November 13th 2001. They will drive through the night, the 500 or so miles to Macon, in the heart of Beaujolais country, by the shortest route they can find. It's not the first past the post who wins, but the car which covers the distance in the fewest miles that will take the prize!

Last year we won the event on our first attempt and this year we are out to defend our title and hopefully double the £2600 raised last year for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

We are looking for other teams to take up the challenge and make the event even bigger and better than last year. So if you fancy a few days in France, some friendly competition and lots of wine, why not get involved. We also want to raise as much money as possible through personal sponsorship and even by corporate sponsorship “Formula 1” style with advertisers logos etc on our car. Can you help?
