I'm looking into developing an anti-spam solution, and was wondering what everyone here used. Is there anything missing from current software?

We are in the throes of implementing the McAfee E500 webshield appliance. Too early for feedback at the moment.

I use GFI Mail Essentials, they have also just released a scaled down version onto the market from FREE...
