You've got them wheels that I like http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

What are they?

They are Stillauto SR500s, cheap and lighter than the std 16" http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

ernie 23 September 2001 01:44 PM

hi

did the spoiler come painted? if so what is the quality like? also, did you have to drill any holes to fit it?

thanks

Robertio 23 September 2001 02:22 PM

Thanks all, pics from Scottish rally will be added, for those who think it is too clean http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

Ernie, the spoiler was supplied painted, the quality was fairly good, a couple of small runs where the 2 parts are joined together, but nothing that can be seem once fitted http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

The drilling of holes is largely down to luck, on most cars I believe it is not a problem, I have seen them fitted straight on to the original holes. However, in my case I had to drill new holes for mine, this was at least partly down to Subaru making a mess of putting the original holes in my boot http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/rolleyes.gif
If you do have to drill new holes it is not a problem, as long as you seal up the original holes as they are covered by the new spoiler.

Anyone else notice that Silver cars don't look as dirty as they really are?
