OK guys it looks like I’m gonna have to sell my pride and joy, :(:(:( due to the pending arrival of my first baby :):)and the purchase of my first home.

As the title suggests I need some help with the market value of my scoob, the spec is as follows

Subaru Impreza MY00 (X REG)
UK spec (Euro Import)
One owner from new (ME)
Clifford concept 600
Sony 10 disc multi changer
Colour coded side skirts
Subaru car mats
22,500 Miles
Full Subaru Service History (As per Subaru service schedule ie every six months)
This car has never been on track, nor has it had any paint and theres no accident damage.

Cheers Ian :):)

Try Parkers .
Don't know if a UK car price applies to a Euro car.
Perhaps calculating the depreciation percentage on a UK car and applying that percentage to your buy price will give you some idea.
Either way its a buyer's market for the Impreza at the mo.
Cheers.
Ian.

Try the networkq "value my car" website - its actually Glass' guide so qives the same values as what the dealers are looking at:

Big E

I traded mine in last year and it was about the same age / milage then as yours is now and mine was a Dutch UK spec import.
Anyway, the dealer I traded in quoted £12,500 when they thought it was a UK car, but it went down to £10,200 for a grey import.
Probably not what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps. You should get more as a private sale.

Good luck with the new house and baby!!

If the difference was only £2.3k you should be quite happy...how much did you save in the first place? :)

I put my V reg deep blue mica (DBM) turbo, 36000 miles on at 10,900 with P1 wheels as the only "extra" from yours. Sold in 2 days :D on scoobynet, and I think the buyer was well pleased with the deal.

I think the colour of mine helped... Put yours on at a little over 11 and see if you get any nibbles? Don't be greedy and it'll sell quickly.

Traders nearly always knock 10% off the Glasses Trade value for Euro imports. They'd probably offer you £10k cash.

You should easily get £11k in a private sale. :) Depends how fast you want to sell it really.

Parkers quote the following prices for a UK MY00  (thanks for the URL HELLOM8):)

A1 £13030
Good £12330
Fair £9435
Trade £10820

I think 10% to 15% off these prices would be about right for a euro import, from what you guys are saying.

I can’t complain really I saved over 30% on UK asking price when I bought it new :):)

I’m in no rush to sell at the moment so I may be able to keep hold of her, just depends on how much money I can save up.

Thanks for all your advice guys ;)

Thanks APJ

Trade in value in excellent condition according to Glass is £11200 - 10% (euro import) works out at £10080.

Which is consistent with what Mojo was saying.

Once again thanks guys:):):)
