Anyone know of any decent karting tracks around the North Staffs area? I know there's Fast Lane but surely there's others?
If there are, then how about a meet in the not to distant future.

Oh and cheers to the organiser of the Darlo meet. A good time seemed to have been had by all and now my mind is sent on saving for Turbo insurance!!!! :D

There is only Fastlane in the area, nearest others are: Wigan, Warrington, B'ham, but are further and more expensive.

How about a regional showdown at Whilton Mill Karting.

The local Northants RS owners club organise a night of racing in June on the Saturday night just before there regional day.

They have a wicked track and some very quick Karts worth the travel.

I am going to try and organise a stand for Subaru owners on the Sunday and there is overnight camping on the Saturday for those wanting to stay over.

I can get a decent price for a session at Fast Lane if anyone is interested...but it'd have to be for a few or else Phil won't do it. They've just redesigned the circuit and its a lot more fun....more overtaking and faster straights.....
....Wigan is excellent...outdoor is sooo much better than indoor, but more expensive and tempramental too...

Yeah, wot sort of prices can you get. I went up against 8 regulars on monday and came second overall. They seemed a bit pissed off! Oh well!!! :)
We managed to get the £30 endurance for £20 though as the others had already booked an endurance race. 13 in one race is hard going though!
Who would be up for it then?
