Am visiting Nottingham for this w/e, where are the best places (pubs) etc to go to and late night joints/ clubs ??

After a good laugh and good beer !! Whats the chances of bumping into Robin Hood ???? and more to the point Maid Mariene ?????

Long time since I've been out on the town in Nottingham, but...

Old Market Square has The Bell, Yates's, and taxis. There are loads of clubs, Rock City being the one that I can think of off the top of my head. The Lacemarket area is IIRC getting quite trendy too.

Mind you, I am a "at home with a cup of tea by 11pm" sort of bloke, so my club knowledge isn't brilliant :)

What kind of night are you looking for in terms of pubs / clubs etc?

There is a great chance of running into Maid Marian around the town ;)

St anns, Hyson Green, Radford, Loverly places to visit on a dark night :D

It really does depend on the type of night that you are after, Drunken lads night out, head for market square and bounce around the edges until you drop or slightly more sedate but still not a bad night, get over to the lace market area. 3-5 mins walk from the square. Not as Rowdy but a bit more grown up and trendy (Do they mix? ;) )
