Those wheels are optional on JDM cars, but are standard on the 17" version of the Spec C.

Daz34 22 March 2003 04:27 PM

Yes, it's the 2.5 Liter motor!

Pete_UK99 24 March 2003 01:44 PM

Has there been any reviews of it yet?

cheeseboy 24 March 2003 03:12 PM

So what the heck were you doing there at 2:25 in the morning??? :D:D:D

Dodge 24 March 2003 04:37 PM

Why is the site talking about the 2004 scoob? They've only just released the 03' version..

It didn't seem to have any bhp/torque stats on the site for the 2.5.. Any idea of the outputs/0-62/weight?

Gussie Cup 24 March 2003 04:40 PM

Any UK importers planning on bringing a 2.5 STI8 over to the UK??

Ben

Steve777 24 March 2003 07:03 PM

Look like Oz's to me. Is it me or does the intercooler look smaller ?

ian_sadler 24 March 2003 09:29 PM

I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one, I want one.

Matching torque and BHP figures - a sure sign of effortless performance. Gotta get one.....

That intercooler is way smaller than the Type UK one

fatcatwrx 25 March 2003 10:52 AM

Yeah, it doesn't surprise me that the intercooler is smaller.. as they're achieving the extra power through larger displacement, not higher boost. You'll actually find that they run less boost than the UK spec models.

Gerrod

Dodge 25 March 2003 02:44 PM

Cor blimey... 300 bhp at low boost... what would be the capabilities of a thing like that after a bit of tuning? Surely *much* easier power gains than a stock 2.0...

Chris.Palmer 25 March 2003 02:48 PM

Umm how much to put the steering wheel on the right side of the car - or fit the engine into a UK model (later probably cheaper).
