That is a gorgeous looking car

Where did you get the little mud flap type things on the sills, they look lovely

Rikki

Mr.Cookie 11 December 2000 01:52 PM

Rikki although this is not my car i can help you out there, the skirts and mudflappy type bits are standard issue on a WRX and STI so might be able to get them from Subaru UK.

Si
Ps Have not got a clue about the front bumper

Peter L 11 December 2000 02:15 PM

What wheels are they on your car Zippo?

Peter

zippo 11 December 2000 02:42 PM

Well chaps....the front bumper is of the Tommy Kiara design and Mr Cookie was spot on with the flaps!^%* side of things. I cant remember the brand of wheel and its currently peeing down outside so will not check just yet....they are 17inch wearing 215/40. It has one or two other minor mods..HKS induction,Super Dragon exhaust and will have SS downpipe in a few days. Ir runs 1.0 bar at the mo and is very reliable which is nice.

zippo 11 December 2000 02:45 PM

And also...many thanks to Simon for posting these pics for me, what a star.

ozzy 11 December 2000 11:29 PM

Zippo, gorgeous car mate.

The mudflaps are standard contoured "splash gaurds" available from all good UK dealers. I've some fitted to my RB5. As they only come in black plastic, you'll need to get them primed and colour coded. Watch out for Jetwashes, they'll strip them of the paint in no time.

zippo car looks great, what year is your car? if it is a early one, have you got a contact for that front bumper, cheers mate..

AWD 12 December 2000 02:52 PM

Stunning car.

zippo 12 December 2000 05:35 PM

Its a MY95 (July). I will find out where you can get a Tommy Kiara front bumper and post later.

Dazzler 13 December 2000 12:30 AM

Would definitely like to know what wheels they are if anyone knows ?

Cheers

Team Subaru 13 December 2000 10:25 AM

CAR LOOKS GREAT.., Take care of it.

Dazzler 14 December 2000 10:34 AM

Thanks Maxy_UK.
Any ideas of the price for a set ?

Maxy_UK 14 December 2000 12:07 PM

Nice car zippo

the wheels on it are ace 106's

DazV 14 December 2000 12:20 PM

Nice car mate, but could do with a downpipe if you ask me.

hehe

this may sound a dumbass question, but where do you get those spoilers - they standard prodrive ones, or WRX ?

DazV

Maxy_UK 14 December 2000 03:20 PM

I have just checked on prices for you Dazzler.

The cheapest place that i have seen is SwiftMotorsport, they are based in the North East. (www.swiftmotorsport.co.uk)

For 17" it would cost you £645, not too bad !! But that is with a set of crappy Falkens http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif so if you wanted better tyres then expect to pay more http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

I can see why you like them, i am not a big fan of multi spokes but these look great.

Hope that has helped.

McMiata Man 14 December 2000 11:13 PM

Uhh!

Someone pass the Kleenex!!

richbay 18 January 2001 05:01 PM

zippo can you tell me where you got that tommy Kiarra front spoiler from? cheers mate

NAF 18 January 2001 10:19 PM

Lovely car !
Especially those wheels
very nice

RichB 19 January 2001 11:14 AM

richbay,
I have a Tommy Kaira front spoiler that is currently not fitted to the car.
Although having seen it again on that car I am tempted to put it back on! Nice pics.

Contact me if you would like to make me a sensible offer, I was told they are a £7-800 option from STi in Japan.

My car is an STi 4 so the standard indicator lenses fit that spoiler.
