I'd just like to point out, as I was nearly caught out, that some bright spark is using the username:

TurboKitty.

Note the '.' at the end.

This is NOT Emma, the real TurboKitty (no '.'), it's some other person who thinks it's a laugh to impersonate Emma.

Just thought I would let you all know this.

Oh and if the account could be deleted, that'd be nice!

-=Buzz=- 14 March 2003 10:42 PM

why do people bother?

sad.

Sith 14 March 2003 10:46 PM

Agreed. SAD.

Markus 14 March 2003 11:06 PM

Well, to answer the question, they think it's funny to wind up Emma and take the pish out of her and impersonate her.

She might have annoyed a few people, but, people registering accounts, impersonating her, and making comments about her weight and her looks is not on at all.

I'm totally sick and fed up with the twats that have appeared on this board, it's sickening it really is.

It does seem to me that not a lot is being done about this, though I could be wrong, and will apologise if I am wrong.

Where is that? I loved Thomas The Tank Engine series when I was a kid. :D

-=Buzz=- 15 March 2003 08:22 AM

that was at the National Railway Museum, York a few weeks back - they had a month long Thomas Exhibition within the museum. Its not there now, but I assume they've moved it to another museum somewhere else.

And Rich, my lad is 3 in June and he loved it. Very very busy, lots of screaming kids wanting to "do this daddy" etc etc, parents getting impatient etc etc , but it was a fun day out.

GuyM 15 March 2003 08:31 AM

MARKUS, Have you got nothing more important in your life to worry about? Relax man!!

ScoobyDoo555 15 March 2003 08:34 AM

GuyM, you're missing the point. Impersonating someone (anywhere) is definitely just not cricket

I will go as far to say that I think it's also illegal....

Who you trying to kid? You must've been about 20 when Thomas came out:p:D

Krud 15 March 2003 09:18 AM

Buzz

That's a great picture of you with your family. Where did you get that blue jumper with the number "one" on it?

Seriously, perhaps we should have a TTE & Friends thread? There must be quite a few of us who are fans! My sixteen year old daughter can still quote from many of the stories, and does, even though she needs to retain her street cred.

LOL Krud

Where is that? I loved Thomas The Tank Engine series when I was a kid.

They do a similar thing at North Staffordshire Railway, Cheddleton, near Leek, just off the A520. Various weekends through the year

They have Thomas The Tank Engine Days.

This will do my Scoobynet credability no good at all !

I happened to be at Consall Forge one day last year sitting outside the Pub there (Balck Swan) admiring the canal and scenary when Thomas chuuged by !, so I drove up the road to the station and said hello to the fat controller

I recognised it from the picture, sad I know

Please no trainspotter remarks people !!!

Steve

:)

PS Its a great drive out even for Villa supporters !
