Our company is looking at sending order confirmations and tracking details via SMS messages. Has anybody got any ideas of what software I should look at and any experience with setting this sort of thing up?

go to the business section of the O2 site. they do all that guff. I imagine the other providers do the same for businesses, but I've not looked round their sites.
