*sigh*, Simon, Simon, Simon, do you not know that it *is* the rules ?

Having Fun Act 1996:
"Should a road user notice a large puddle either at the side of the road or even (if really lucky) stretching across the road, then said user is obliged to enter the puddle and cause as larger splash as possible. If this means accelerating first then said user is also obliged to do this too".

Cheers

Looks like they get as much rain in sunny CA as we do in not so sunny Manchester!

Doesn't that look like a Lake District road?

Well, I was driving to the beach to watch the waves break onto the shore (I love it) and I noticed a road parallel to the main road with lots of water on it. I went there and found a spot about 6 meters long with about 20-30cm of water. The rest is history... http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif
