very easy.

first you need your piccie published on a web site.

then use some UBB code as bellow

[IMG]url of image [/IMG]

the url is the http:/thingymybob.com

When you reply to a message there is a link on the left called '*UBB Code is ON'. Follow that and all will be revealed.
