Just got the reg for my new car and its prefix is RO.
I have looked into this and I think it may be a Luton reg. Is this correct and if so what are the nearest scooby dealers that would have these regs? |
anyone?

Reading - next to the gates of hell, etc.
Great example of what in-breeding can do ! |
are you sure its Reading. I have read two sites that are suggesting Luton. The nearest dealer I can find to Luton is Oakley's, near Bedford. Is that correct and are they any good?
just want to rest assured that they PDI will be of a good standard. |
I'm sure that it covers Reading - hence the local phrase "Get your Rs out in Reading"
Can't find my bl%%dy leaflet but AFAIK it's called the Thames Valley Area so could cover anything from Bucks, Berks, Bambi etc.. Sorry no idea about your dealer - I've found they all have off days like us all |
Superdon what the hell are you going on about ??? :D
Please explain what your asking as it makes no bloody sense to me at all. ;) |
sorry :)
my car is being delivered on Friday. its bought through RAC leasing and they source the car from a UK dealer. They have never told me which dealer they are getting it from. Yesterday I got the reg for the new car and the first two letters are RO. I wanted to know what area code this was with the new registrations and what dealer it possibly could be from after getting this info. I hope this makes sense now :) |
It is a Reading plate - see the DVLA list here :

I think the Reading dealer is Lancaster Pangbourne. Dont have their details I'm afraid. Alternatively there is SGT near Maidenhead, which is not far from Reading. I always use them for servicing etc and have no complaints at all.
