What tariff did you get it on?

I was looking at getting one but Vodafone (Singlepoint) are taking ages to get them through.

how do the buttons work as they are detachable aint they don't want to put it my pocket and find out the buttons keep popping off. also do you find it a bit chunky for what it does.
