sircam32

for your advice please....

poxy f'ing thing. get over to network associates - they have a spftware patch called scremove that will clean your system. can be done manually but i can't remember all steps here - so it's prbably best to go there and download the fix.

(i had to fix 20 machines with this problem - if you are on a network you may be in for a busy evening!!!)

I have the same on a win2k server. Installed CA Anti-virus, did the scan with the latest definitions on install, then did a reboot. Oh whoopee, I get the login screen, I do the login and get a virus detection in WIN32.exe, code red trojan. Clear that message, do ctrl-alt-del to get task manager ,open a new task and can't run anything now saying I have the same sirce32.exe error in my recycle bin. Basically I can't get in! Any ideas?
