Our client, a MAJOR FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER, is looking for an eCommerce Technical Specialist to provide day-to-day management of the Technical Specialist Support Team. Previous experience of support in an eCommerce infrastructure environment in a large complex environment needed, as is knowledge of Problem & Change management processes.
