I have recently got the above modem.
It works fine (56K modem). Two things -
1) On starting the computer it only intermittently works - it requires unplugging and re-plugging before the modem is recognized - is this purely a driver update thing ????? (win 98 OS)

2) Once connected - intermittantly windows will go 'very slow' with biggggggg pausessssss between the cursor and mouse movements........ - is this the same problem ?????????? or shoudl I suspect something else..... (computer has had a 56K internal modem before but did not do this)....

Any ideas genii ???
