I've heard online ones are cheaper than Boots etc.

Jessops are okay.

I use the Swiss branch of these guys. They are a big outfit and I use the lab closest to me. Just got some more prints back today 48hrs after e-mailing them down the 'net.

Very impressed.

Stephen

Have you used the UK branch? They keep bombarding me with info, and they're heavily pushed in the British Journal of Photography. Everytime I stick in the offer code for a free sample pic, it boots it back, saying it's the wrong code (which it's not!).

Cheers guys - I should have said it was 35mm development I was after :D

I've got a digi-cam for everyday shots, but I can't afford a high-end digital SLR yet!

I have only used the Vevey lab in Switzerland.

I found out about them via AgfaNet http://www.agfanet.com/en/

You download a little application (via Agfanet) and it let's you choose the exact lab you want your prints to be made at. The Colourmailer one was just one of many to choose from.

There is a little box to type in the 'promotion' code if you have one. It has always worked for me and infact, they have been very unsophisticated at times e.g. if the September promotion code was CMSEP2002 guess what the October one was ;)

All's setup, it's just the code that seems to be wrong. I'll try month code "thing" and see what happens!

Cheers

PS JLang:

Lab35 and Colab were okay, but I must confess I always used a local Pro lab for business work. Cheap "happy snaps", I had done at Jessops.

Ah, was me just being stupid again and not reading the instructions... :( My code was for the Pro lab, but I'd set it up for the ordinary lab. All sorted now and looking forward to a sample print!

Cheers
