im just going to fit my forge VTA dump valve to my MY98 and all i want to know is should i connect the top pipe to the D/V and blank the lower one or vice versa

When you remove the re-circ, you blank off the bottom one, take the reducing pipe from the old DV and fit it to the solid part of the IC. Then fit the VTA DV to the newly fitted reducer pipe:D:D

Edit: That is how my Bailey one fitted anyway;)
