We are thinking of adding a "Second Hand" section to our site. I would like some feedback on the idea before we go ahead.

No, prices would be set by the vendor. We would just take a percentage of the sale. Or course if anyones items were way out on price we would advise them.

Are you also going to part exchange an older [fully working] model tv [for example] if someone is upgrading to save them using the facilities of Loot etc?

We would like too. However it is often too easy to offend when you advise people what their old equipment is worth:)
