Without question, paint them :)

Mr.Manchester 23 February 2003 08:12 PM

dont be daft, leave them black, if they was meant to be painted then they would be on the UK300!!!

XT 23 February 2003 08:15 PM

Fulham71, don't respray the lights, they look great as they are.
The aggresion that goes with the lights, will be lost.;) :D ;)

Great meeting yesterday btw. :D

XT 23 February 2003 08:16 PM

i'll try to photoshop them, to see how they will look like in silver.

Andy Tang 23 February 2003 08:41 PM

Come from a man like me (a complete tart!) you know my taste when it come to things like this....

Colour code them!! :D

I know how you like being different, so get them colour coded (I haven't seen a set yet which have!) :D

XT 23 February 2003 08:44 PM

On the other hand, having seen Andy's car. Colour coding can be GREAT. So i believe that Andy is right. If you don't like it when finished, i have a nice 50 Grade Sandpaper. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I think I prefer the Morrettes on the Silver

Edcase 23 February 2003 09:10 PM

Paul, in all honesty, i think the silver bugeyes at the top look best on your particular car. Did you have morrettes before, I cant remember?

I'm thinking of swapping my morrettes for the UK300 lights, so if you decide not to keep em let me know.

cheers guys
Might check out the cost of colour coding ! Can anyone please photo shop them before I do it ?
I liked the old look especially on a silver car ! but so many people said I should junk the bug eye look that I thought I would give it a go !

PS never had Morettes

Edcase 24 February 2003 09:50 AM

Paul - IMHO if you keep the uk300's leave em black. If you decide to go with morrettes mail me about maybe p/x-ing the uk300's for the morrettes

Fulham71 24 February 2003 09:53 AM

sorry mate cant do morettes because of my grill !

Edcase 24 February 2003 09:55 AM

Where / how much for your mesh BTW. Was talking to Trouser about where to find some decent mesh other than halfords.
