On wednesday i'm getting a free two week sample of NTL 600k (up from 128k) Other than download speed, is there anything else i can expect to be improved? Am i gonna see any improvements while surfing Scoobynet?

What did i miss?

You used "NTL" and "improvements" in the same sentence

True :) Anyone who had NTL dialup and went to 128k will know that the imrovement is fantastic, so my question still stands. My PC is a bedroom based internet tool only, what "differences" can i expect? if any?

Brun,

Just for your information, NTL cannot limit bandwidth to 128k. You are only paying for 128k but you are receiving 256k. NTL would never tell you this though.

If you want to check, go to adsl guide and do a line test. You will be receiving 256!! :D

I have the 600k and found it noticeably different to a 256k service via a different supplier.

Yes, 600K Broadband unlocks Scoobynet's special hidden features, but we can't tell you what they are. You'll just have to find out yourself. ;)

As for the special hidden features, i wait with baited breath ;)
