Have just finished installing my STi Intercooler in my MY94 WRX RA.

Looks like there are a few people doing this mod now.

The only thing I was worried about was the length of pipe I can have on my dump valve. I have extended mine 3ft can anyone see any problems with this??

Good work, I was also thinking of this mod, whats the biggest problem?

Why not bring the dumpvalve in the car under the passenger seat that would be quite amusing:D

The most anoying and most time consuming was probably moving the dumpvalve and working out where the under bonnet pan was supposed to go.

Don't think the girlfriend would like the dumpvalve under the passenger seat but would be funny though watching her face :D

so can you use the standard airflow director thats on the underside of the bonnet of your car?, or do you need a different one as the sti intercooler sits straight?.

Also is the pipe from turbo to intercooler the same?

Sorry for the questions

The underpan has to be changed to the later one because of the angle it is situated.

The pipe which runs turbo to intercooler can be cut to fit but this was only because I had Samco's which allows them to bend alot easier.
