Saw a women tonight who told me she had rolled an MGF at 25mph.
I reckon bollocks she had to be doing at least twice that. He description of the accident matched that of tying to do an elk test the idiot but surely such a low slung car would be very difficult to roll????? |
Slid into a curb on a downhill perhaps? :)

Sometimes these hairdressers cars tend to get covered in a lot of hair foam and grease. Perhaps that would make a 25mph roll more likely!
|
I remember seeing a lowered Scoob roll on track, after it hit the rumble strip sideways, and that was no more than 30 mph.
|
Rolled a car at less than that once
Admittedly I was aided by a nice 45 degree bank to drive up, and roll down. Better choice than the 250ft drop on the other side of the road  On a serious note, I doubt the centre of gravity of a MGF is any lower than that of the scoob. Engine's a bit higher, and not flat. Oh, and the tinfoil roof on the scoob prolly weighs less than the canvas on the hairdryer :D:D |
