Quite easy - You'll need spring compressors, a decent socket set some allen keys and a 17mm or 19mm offset ring spanner.

soak all the bolts in wd40 over night.

crack the top mount centre nuts before you jack the car up

there are three small bolts round the edge of the top mounts to0 undo and two bolts on the bottom of the damper. mark the positions of all the bolts and the spring cups etc before you take them apart - it's important to put it back exactly as it was, or you'll be asking here about clunks and clicks...

Undo all the bolts indicated and you should be able to take the damper leg off. The hub should be supported so as to not load the drive shaft.

The spring can now be compressed (carefully, as loaded springs can be lively!), the top mount removed and everything transfered onto the new damper.

Shouldn't take much more than an hour per corner, once you have the hang of it. :)
