Top Gear managed it by running at 170+ MPH as they went passed the camera? Not what you were thinking?

Stick within the speed limit you fecking nutter.

The roads ain't a race track or proving ground.

:D

I read somewhere that you can't beat the radar part of a Gatso, unless your taxiing an F16 doing Mach 2 along the road, but you can beat the camera that has to take the two photos as backup evidence of your speed. However, this needs a speed in excess of 300mph so rather unlikely on British roads anyway :D

Taomyn - What if you get some stealth bodywork for your car?

Easy... you'll never find it in the car park!

buy a TVR tuscan

pslewis 07 February 2003 08:23 PM

Correct with a TVR you will NEVER get caught speeding - for the simple reason that these TVR's are ALWAYS in the garage being repaired ........... cos something ELSE has fallen off!!
