Looking to carry out facelift on 1996 (crap grille model) to later spec.

Is there anything else I need apart from bonnet, headlights and grille???

Are all parts a straight swap ?

Could save youself a lot of money and hassle and just buy a grille from Rob at MRO scoobystyling looks same sort of style as the facelifted version but designed to fit old lights and bonnet. Looks good and can be supplied ready painted. I have one and was very pleased with it Much better than the original.

Can't remember how much it cost but was much less than bonnet light etc etc

Hi,

On my old 1994 WRX (import) I did the full 2000 MY conversion - existing bonnet will fit, and I went for the crystal style headlamps and later front bumper and grill (grille?). The car had a P1 style splitter fitted from Revolution.

Well worth doing in my opinion - I have some photos somewhere I could post to you.

All parts are interchangable mate.
Facelifted mine a couple of months ago..
However, you have to fit all of them together..The lights leave a gap if you use the old grill, my facelift bonnet wouldnt shut when i still had the old grill on etc etc..

Cant believe i used to think my car looked good pre facelift...

Was thining of just changing the grille to a TSL one cos I thought that looked the best of the bunch.

Unfortunately after 3 phone calls no one has phoned me back. Thought I would e-mail, but again no response ??????

how much does it cost roughly to upgrade to a 00 spec front?

I think Grade-a do a Part ex deal on facelifts, where you give them all the old parts, and they give you the new ones. Think it's still over £450 though :(

Bonnet cost me £250 including scoop/grills
Grill was £20
Morrettes were £200 99/00 normal headlights can be bought cheaper..

Sold my original bonnet on here for £200..

Rob.
