I have a large avi file! ;)
When using VirtualDub to convert it from Xvid to DivX, it crashes out after about 67%. I've tried using TMPGEnc to convert it from a Xvid to mpg and it again it crashes out. I used VirtualDub to check the video and there are a few bad frames in there, which I think may be causing the problem. How do I remove this frames, or get one of the above applications to fix the error? Cheers Andy |
Andy - You could try something like AviDeFreezer from here or one of the other tools listed. They've done the trick for me in the past.

Cheers DJ Dunk, I knew you wouldn't let me down!! ;)

or you could try studio/videostudio etc and treat it as film you want to edit, then create the movie format of your choice??

Thanks Dom.
Are they freeware products? Do you have any links? Cheers Andy |
