Following on from the previous group buy i organised with Networx Automotive for the Bel Euro550 as detailed HERE they are now able to offer us the new Snooper S6-R Neo with £80 off list price. ( Normal price is £500 group buy price £420 inc vat and delivery ) Newtworx will have a large stock of these as of 06/02/03, others may be cheaper but may not have stock!!

I have no connection with Networx Automotive, but as per last time i am looking to buy one of these and always like to try to get a better price :D

We do not have to achieve a certain quantity to recieve these prices nor is there a immediate time limit.

Contact Networx pay £420, receive you Snooper S6-R Neo, easy.

Contact Derek at Networx Automotive either by phone on 01555 666444
or by e-mail on derek@networxautomotive.com. and mention the ScoobyNet group buy.

Is there a time limit on this cause I'm skint for this month but I've had my eye on one of these since I returned the Uber buggy Road Pilot.

Stu_WRX 06 February 2003 06:54 PM

Any one local to me who wants to see one in action let me know.

Stu...

PSI3 06 February 2003 09:13 PM

Neanderthal, no time limit.

Neanderthal 06 February 2003 11:22 PM

Cool!

I ordered my Road Pilot from them. Very good customer service. Had now problems taking the RP back.

I wonder if they'll do the "spread the payments over 4 months" option with the group buy? means I could get it sooner ;)

TopBanana 17 February 2003 11:02 AM

Is there a laser diffuser add-on available for it?

Edit: Nope, looks like you can't plug one in directly.

No add on at the moment but the Snooper SLD 920 diffuser will work as a plug-in.

bigsinky 18 February 2003 07:56 PM

ahhhh... but does it work in Northern Ireland. i was looking at one of these but i am unsure about the number of speed traps in NI and whether the actual radar detector would be as good as a dedicated one like for instance the bel 550. anybody shed some light on the northern ireland scene.

cheers

superdon 19 February 2003 08:18 PM

any independant reviews of this anywhere?

Neanderthal 19 February 2003 10:22 PM

I've not seen any yet.
Just so everyone knows the Supra BBS are doing a group buy on the Snooper for £363 all in.

I'd very nearly almost made my mind up to get the Road Angel on the GTi-R BBS group buy (£330 inc the laser detector).

Now I'm stumped as what to get...

superdon 19 February 2003 10:35 PM

i'm in the same position. have you got a link for the supra group buy?

Neanderthal 19 February 2003 10:41 PM

Sorry no I don't. Does anyone know the Supra BBS website address?

The GTi-R road angel group buy has gone live now and you can order one.
I'm torn in two. I like the RA's simplicity and neatness, but that little LCD screen looks hard to read to me. I much prefer the Snoopers large LCD screen that shows you clearly as to what it's warning you about.

What to do, what to do!!!???

superdon 19 February 2003 10:46 PM

£363 for the snooper is a damn good price...looking forward to taking a look at that one.

TurboKitty 19 February 2003 10:47 PM

Yes it is a bloody good price. Shame I ordered mine several days ago at a much higher bloody price.

Neanderthal 19 February 2003 10:52 PM

Found it...
